Description

The spacious kitchen with a large island is ideal for cooking, sharing a meal, or gathering for a drink before heading out. The large living area is also perfect for the ones seeking a spot to work during their stay! 

Downstairs, this historic building has a spacious courtyard with a large table and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing. The courtyard is shared with the offices on the ground floor during office hours, as well as with the other upstairs apartment (only two apartments upstairs in total). The boulevard is literally two steps away! The big magnesium pool of SENSES Boutique Hotel is a 2-minute walk away and can be used during your stay.

Keep in mind that this apartment is on the 1st floor, and does not have an elevator. The apartment can be reached via steep stairs. With this in mind, the apartment is not suitable for kids younger than 8 years old, or for people having difficulty walking.

Please note: there is currently some construction around the back of the building. The apartment is well insulated and designed to handle typical city sounds - and thus also construction noises. The foundation work of the construction has already been completed, so any remaining noise is expected to be minor.
